About the Role

Communicate Finance is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our small, high-performing team. As a key member of our accounting function, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full accounting function up to trial balance
  • VAT calculations, returns, and submissions
  • Compliance and statutory submissions
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and meeting strict deadlines
  • Supporting accounting functions within a small team

Requirements

  • Proven full-function bookkeeping experience
  • Able to work under tight deadlines with accuracy and independence
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Experience with Xero and Sage Pastel (non-negotiable)
  • Reliable, committed, and eager for long-term stability

Qualifications

BCom Accounting or relevant accounting/bookkeeping diploma
