Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted sectors
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing and after-sales support
- Track sales activity, maintain CRM records, and report on pipeline progress
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking functions
- Provide input on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- 2–4 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Confident presenting to clients and handling objections
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
- Experience in hygiene, facilities, or service-based industries is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system
