Must have a Bachelor of Technology Degree or National Diploma in: Civil Engineering OR Construction ManagementSACPCMP Registered (Professional Construction Manager )Must have 58 years of proven experience working on civil engineering projects, specifically within the water infrastructure sector, including:Pump stationsPipelines (bulk & reticulation)Reservoirs (steel or concrete)Water supply or water treatment projectsCivil works such as earthworks, structural concrete, formwork, and site establishmentCandidates must demonstrate a successful track record of overseeing site activities, managing subcontractors, supervising teams, and ensuring project delivery according to specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.Must be fully proficient in interpreting and applying the following contract forms:(General Conditions of Contract) (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) (Joint Building Contracts Committee)The ability to administer contracts, manage claims, handle site instructions, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations is critical.If you don’t hear back from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
