About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Dealer Aftersales Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing dealer aftersales operations, providing technical support, and contributing to growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dealer aftersales operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to dealers on vehicle retention, service programs, and best practice initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Collaborate with dealers to develop and implement CSI action plans and marketing activities.
- Travel extensively within South Africa to visit dealerships and provide support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years experience in dealer aftersales management or a related field.
- Technical qualification required (e.g. degree, diploma, or equivalent).
- High-level computer literacy, including MS Office and ERP system knowledge.
- Valid driver’s license.
