- Driven to achieve goals, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to effectively manage and collaborate with stakeholders across national and international boundaries.
- Adherence to high ethical standards and a commitment to upholding the principles of the Volvo Group.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Job description:
- Develop and execute strategies, action plans, and tools to enhance Retail Operations performance, profitability, and development
- Ensure alignment of all initiatives with the Volvo Trucks Southern Africa business plan and strategy
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor Retail performance
- Set and achieve ambitious, measurable objectives for the Retail organization
- Continuously monitor performance, analyze results, and take corrective action
- Drive the implementation of best practices and efficient processes across the Retail organization
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Retail team
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Ensure the team has the necessary competencies and resources to succeed.
- Jointly responsible for driving customer satisfaction within Retail Operations.
- Actively participate in the Commercial Crew to enhance customer relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with other Volvo Trucks South Africa departments to achieve company-wide goals.
- Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives.
- Utilize appropriate tools and methodologies for performance management and communication
