About the Role

Jai Search Consultancy is seeking highly motivated sales consultants to join our team as a Dutch speaking consultant, working fully from home. As a key member of our BPO, you will be responsible for proactively maintaining contact with existing customers to extend subscriptions and guarantee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively maintain contact with existing customers to extend subscriptions and guarantee satisfaction.
  • Analyse customer needs and offer suitable package upgrades to create added value.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1 level)
  • Strong customer and sales experience advantageous

  • Formal education/certifications not specified

Salary & Benefits

  • R40 560 (16hrs worked p/m) commission
  • Working hours: Mon Fri (08h00 21h00 rotational 8-hour shift)
  • Part-time (20hours per week) or Full-time (40hours per week)
  • Additional: R300 (towards equipment maintenance)
