About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an Electronic Sales Representative to expand its market presence in the electronic manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new business, strengthening existing client relationships, and delivering tailored component solutions. This externally focused position involves regular customer engagement, technical discussions, and close collaboration with internal and international partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities within the electronics manufacturing and OEM environment
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through ongoing engagement and solution-based selling
- Conduct face-to-face customer visits, technical consultations, and product demonstrations
- Compile and follow up on accurate quotations, ensuring smooth execution through to delivery
- Work closely with internal technical teams and global suppliers to match products to customer specifications
- Keep informed of industry developments, competitor movements, and emerging technologies
- Maintain a high standard of service through clear communication and effective after-sales support
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ proven experience in external sales, with preference given to candidates from the electronics or electronic components industry
- Practical knowledge of electronic components, including semiconductors and passive devices
- Experience engaging with electronics manufacturers, OEMs, or industrial customers
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities
- Valid South African driver’s license (Code B) and own reliable vehicle
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. However, relevant experience in the electronics industry is essential.
