• Lead and mentor a skilled mechanical engineering team.
• Oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Guarantee compliance with industry codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, PED)
• Drive innovation and process improvements for efficiency and safety
• Collaborate across operations, fabrication, and project management to deliver cost-effective solutions

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ mechanical engineering experience in oil & gas, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in pressure vessel design, analysis, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of ASME and related standards
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
• Exceptional project management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering
• Professionally registered Mechanical Engineer (Pr. Eng)
• Proven experience in leading mechanical engineering projects in oil & gas or petrochemical sectors
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites as required
