Job Description
If you’ve built integrations or data pipelines using APIs, ETL/iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services), or have strong software/data engineering fundamentals and want to specialise in Workday, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver integrations end-to-end: requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and support using Workday technologies
- Build reliable data flows to and from Finance systems (SFTP/API/event-driven), handling transforms (JSON, XML, CSV), mappings, and error handling/retries
- Author secure, compliant designs with appropriate authentication (OAuth/SAML), secrets management, logging, monitoring, and alerting
- Test thoroughly and support user acceptance testing; maintain migration/runbooks for environments
- Operate & support integrations post-go-live: triage incidents, fix defects, and optimise performance/throughput
- Document clearly: technical specs, sequence/flow diagrams, support guides, and knowledge transfer materials
Experience and Expertise:
Essential:
- Exposure to ERP/Finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) or finance domain processes
- Previous experience in systems integration, data engineering, software engineering, or ETL/iPaaS delivery (or equivalent internships/projects). A minimum of 1 year’s experience required

- Working knowledge of SQL and at least one programming/scripting language
- Understanding of integration patterns and secure design principles
- Strong analytical communication skills—able to translate requirements into technical designs and explain trade-offs
- A growth mindset: eagerness to learn Workday quickly through structured training and hands-on delivery
Qualification:
