About the Role
As a Data Integration Engineer at Communicate Finance, you will design, build, and maintain robust integration pathways across cloud and enterprise environments, ensuring data moves smoothly and securely. You will work closely with data, platform, and engineering teams to deliver integrations using APIs, real-time streaming, and event-driven architectures. Your goal is to contribute to modernising integration standards, strengthening monitoring, and improving performance across the entire data landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience building data integration solutions in modern cloud environments
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time streaming
- Skilled in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Hands-on exposure to serverless or microservices-based integration patterns
- Solid working knowledge of SQL and data platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimise, and monitor data pipelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
