About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join our team in Cape Town, Southern Suburbs. As a key member of our sales and finance department, you will be responsible for managing the full finance and insurance function within the dealership, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies, and maximizing F&I profitability through effective product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full finance and insurance function within the dealership
- Structure finance deals and present options to customers
- Ensure all deals are compliant with relevant legislation and company policies
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers
- Accurately complete and submit all finance applications and documentation
- Maximise F&I profitability through effective product sales (e.g. warranties, service plans, insurance)
- Ensure a smooth handover process between sales and F&I
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative duties are completed timeously
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant F&I qualifications and accreditations (RE5, CPD, NCA, etc.)
- Proven experience as an F&I Business Manager within a motor dealership
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products within the motor industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and strong administrative abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
