As a Management Assistant, you will act as the right hand to the Country Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, coordinating executive activities, and supporting strategic projects. You will be exposed to a dynamic, high-performance environment where your ability to manage complexity, maintain confidentiality, and drive efficiency will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise the Country Manager’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences effectively
- Coordinate executive and senior management schedules, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, board packs, and documentation with strong attention to detail
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries for business trips and events
- Act as a key liaison between the Country Manager and internal/external stakeholders
- Support planning and coordination of special projects, events, and executive initiatives
- Assist with marketing and branding activities aligned to country requirements
- Conduct research, analyse data, and compile reports for executive decision-making
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on key action items
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field
Experience:
- 5–8 years’ experience in executive support, office management, or business administration
- Proven experience supporting senior or executive-level stakeholders
- Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
- Exposure to marketing, communications, or branding initiatives is advantageous
- Experience with financial and customer service principles
Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and design tools (e.g., Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to operate effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
