About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Truck Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling truck parts to customers, both in person and over the phone. With strong knowledge of truck parts and industry trends, you will provide exceptional customer service to help drive sales and meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate truck parts solutions
- Provide accurate product information and pricing to customers
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in truck parts sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of truck parts and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
