Own budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning with precision
Drive cost control, workingcapital discipline, and compliance
Manage inventory accounting and ensure seamless reconciliation between operational and finance systems
Deliver accurate IFRSaligned monthly and quarterly reporting
Partner with internal teams, auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders
Lead and develop a highperforming finance team
Drive automation, system integration, and continuous improvement
Ensure audit readiness and statutory compliance
Skills & Experience:
Brings significant tenure in finance leadership, with a solid track record managing teams and complexity
Deeply experienced in planning, performance reporting, and closing statutory accounts
Confident navigating IFRS and the local regulatory landscape
Comfortable operating across multiple finance and operational systems, resolving intricate reconciliations
Known for a sharp analytical mindset and uncompromising ethical standards
Operates with discipline and precision while valuing teamwork and ownership
Leads with both strategic perspective and handson delivery
Energised by cost accounting, performs well under pressure, and consistently develops strong teams
Qualification:
BCom in Finance/Accounting (Honours or equivalent experience required)
Completed articles + professional certification (SAICA/SAIPA or similar)
