A well-established organisation based in JHB CBD is seeking a Financial Manager to join their operations-driven finance team. This role is best suited to a hands-on, resilient finance professional with experience in industrial or production environments, who is comfortable managing stock-intensive operations and engaging closely with operational stakeholders.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the financial function, working in a demanding, fast-paced setting that requires a strong personality, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive financial discipline across production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full financial function within an industrial / production environment
• Oversee stock control, costing, and inventory management processes
• Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and performance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control
• Partner with production and operational teams to drive financial efficiency
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal financial controls

Skills and Experience:

• Qualification: BCom + Articles
• Experience: 3+ years post-articles experience
• Strong exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or production environments
• Proven experience managing stock-intensive operations
• Confident, assertive, and able to operate effectively in a tough operational setting
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
