About the Role
We are seeking an experienced General Office Assistant to join our small consulting firm in Randburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Manage email inbox and respond to routine inquiries
- Coordinate work and complete tasks on time
- Provide exceptional communication and customer service
Requirements
- Excellent typing skills ( minimum 60 wpm)
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
