• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Financial Manager role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Sage Evolution

Job description:  

• Oversee the full financial function across the Group, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.
• Manage creditors, debtors, procurement, and supplier relationships.
• Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting processes and prepare monthly management reports.
• Oversee payroll, HR compliance, and key statutory requirements (UIF, COIDA, BBBEE, Employment Equity).
• Ensure all SARS, CIPC, and audit submissions are accurate and up to date.
• Manage IT, insurance, and administrative functions.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies across departments.
