About the Role
Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and developing innovative solutions to optimize workflows across internal and client operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage projects, ensuring effective planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and post-project evaluation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, document findings, and monitor the implementation of remedial actions
- Develop innovative solutions to address inefficiencies and optimize workflows across internal and client operations
- Conduct data analysis to track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and validate data accuracy
- Support project-specific tasks, adapt to evolving requirements, and document progress according to timelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices in operational and production processes
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in industrial engineering or process optimization roles
- Exposure to multi-sector industrial projects, including FMCG, Mining, and Water
- Demonstrated experience in project management, leadership, or mentorship
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
