Job Summary
Key areas of responsibility:
- In depth understanding of High Court processes and procedure and Commercial Arbitration rules.
- Proven track record in and a working knowledge of Business Rescue and Insolvency processes.
- Good drafting skills required for legal opinion, pleadings, etc.
- Experience in Commercial Litigation , Administrative Law, Corporate Law and dispute resolution
Requirements:
- 5-6 years post-articles relevant experience
- Must be an admitted attorney
- Experience in Commercial litigation is essential
- Experience in Insolvency, Business Rescue and Restructuring; Commercial Dispute Resolution essential
- Ability to manage client relationships and generate new business
- Ability to train junior lawyers
