Join a reputable leader in fluid-handling solutions known for quality products, exceptional service, and strong customer partnerships. In this role, you will be based in the internal sales office, providing expert support to clients across multiple industries. You will be responsible for handling technical enquiries, preparing quotations, advising customers on pump selection, managing orders, and supporting the external sales team.

Education:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- A technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields will be advantageous
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 2–5 years internal sales experience within pumps, valves, mechanical components, or industrial engineering products
- Solid understanding of pump types (centrifugal, booster sets, borehole pumps, positive displacement, etc.)
- Ability to size and select pumps based on customer requirements
- Experience preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing sales cycles
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to interpret product information and specifications
- Excellent communication skills with strong customer service orientation
- Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy: MS Office, CRM/ERP systems
- Strong problemsolving, follow-up, and relationshipbuilding skills
