Duties:
- Assist in the design, coordination, and execution of client projects across OD and communications.
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, and support solution development.
- Contribute to workshops, training sessions, and culture-change initiatives.
- Provide project management support to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships internally and with clients, grounded in trust and professionalism.
- Continuously learn, grow, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A degree in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience:
- 2 years’ experience (internships included) in HR, OD, consulting, or communications is advantageous.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A self-starter who is proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
- Passion for people development, culture, and making a positive impact in organisations.
