About the Role
We are seeking a young and dynamic Junior Support Consultant with a strong hospitality background to join our team at a software company providing all-in-one property management solutions (PMS) to the hospitality industry based in Pretoria East.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical support via telephonic and written communication
- Training, including comfortable dealing with clients in English and Afrikaans
- Traveling to clients, including international destinations such as Mozambique and Botswana
- Installation and demonstration of company products
- General administrative duties, including filing, logging calls, testing new development, and conducting general office work
- Maintaining excellent telephonic etiquette at all times
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Formal hospitality qualification (an advantage)
- Experience in reservations, point-of-sale, inventory, and accounting in the hospitality industry (mandatory)
- Own transport
- Fluent in Windows and Excel software
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Good people skills
- Financial knowledge (advantageous)
- Good administrative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
- High standards of customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction
