About the Role

As our Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator at PnS Group, you are the critical link between people development strategy and operational execution. You will be the champion of learning standards, turning development plans into effective growth opportunities across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and administration of people development initiatives across the Group
  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of learning programs and related administrative functions
  • Manage diverse tasks from venue bookings to e-learning allocations while navigating the needs of various internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Relevant Skills Development (SD) or HR Certificate, or an equivalent qualification
  • Proven ability to manage complex training workflows and bursary tracking
  • Track record of identifying continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining excellence in fast-paced administrative environments
