About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Group Maintenance Manager to join our team at Craven Cottage CC. As the leader of our maintenance operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of all our facilities, while also driving sustainability initiatives and maintaining high standards of guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and reactive maintenance schedules for all buildings, guest areas, staff accommodation, and grounds.
- Manage complex systems including solar power, generators, water treatment, sewage, refrigeration, and HVAC.
- Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff, contractors, and technicians.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including conducting regular safety inspections.
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory of tools, and spare parts procurement.
- Collaborate with lodge managers to minimize guest disruptions and maintain high-quality guest experience.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 8+ years’ experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably within luxury lodges, resorts, or hotels.
- Experience with Sustainability (Solar/Off grid), desalination/water treatment and CAPEX planning
- Strong proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
