About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join our client’s team in Gauteng. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal department, ensuring the smooth operation of RAF files and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with RAF files from inception to finalisation
- Liaise with clients, medical experts, and third parties
- Diary management and court date tracking
- File management and document organisation
- Typing of pleadings and notices
- General administrative and secretarial duties
Requirements
- Paralegal qualification (Certificate or Diploma required)
- Proven experience working on RAF matters
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a legal secretary/paralegal role
- Strong understanding of RAF processes and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office and legal practice management systems
Qualifications
- Formal education/certification in Paralegal studies (if applicable)
