About the Role

A Mechanical Foreman is required to join a leading FMCG company in Gauteng, bringing their expertise in maintenance and supervisory roles to drive efficiency and safety in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting routine maintenance tasks and repairs
  • Supervising and coordinating maintenance teams
  • Identifying and resolving faults and troubleshooting issues
  • Ensuring compliance with OHS Act, BCEA, LRA, and other relevant regulations

Requirements

  • 10 years experience in FMCG industry in a maintenance role
  • 5 years experience in a supervisory role
  • Good fault finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of OHS Act, BCEA, LRA, and other legal requirements
  • Computer Literate

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Millwright/Electrician Trade Test; Matric
