Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies
• Set up displays and arrange merchandise to highlight product features
• Monitor stock levels and reorder merchandise as needed
• Ensure products are displayed in an attractive and presentable manner
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to secure promotional materials

Qualifications:

Grade 12
2-3 years experience in the FMCG industry
Good communication skills
Must have a smartphone
Available immediately
Clean criminal record

• Conduct merchandising activities
• Ensure stock levels are maintained
• Monitor and report on competitor activities

• Execute retail, wholesale, supply chain, merchandising, dispatching & receiving, food & beverage functions
• Utilize FMCG expertise to drive performance
• Ensure effective communication within the team
• Manage merchandising processes efficiently
• Adhere to all relevant company standards and regulations
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of stock from warehouse to store
• Assist with ordering and replenishment
