Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with general enquiries and service bookings
- Capture and update customer information accurately on the system
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and queries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work towards achieving call centre targets and service standards
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (call centre experience advantageous)
- Good telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy with data capturing experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional and friendly manner
