About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Passenger Vehicle Receptionist to join our team at Select Motor Recruitment in Pretoria North. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing WhatsApp and messaging platforms, and performing various ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Certificate in Telephone Etiquette Course would be advantageous
• Clear, confident, and professional telephonic communication
• Strong written communication and email etiquette
• Good time management and organisational skills
• High attention to detail when capturing information
• Ability to work independently while following instructions
• Calm and professional approach to customer interaction
• Ability to escalate sensitive or complex matters appropriately
• Flexibility to adapt as responsibilities evolve
