A leading automotive giant based in Johannesburg East, known for their innovation, speed and strong people culture, is looking for a detail-obsessed Payroll Administrator who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and takes pride in getting things done right the first time. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full payroll function accurately and efficiently
- Handle statutory submissions and payments – PAYE, UIF, SDL and IRP501s
- Administer benefits, garnishees and third-party payments (medical aid, provident fund, etc.)
- Maintain and update employee data for engagements, exits and changes
- Resolve payroll queries with professionalism and speed
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Payroll or HR
- Minimum 3+ years’ full-function payroll experience (non-negotiable)
- Must have hands-on experience with Sage 300 People
- High accuracy, solid understanding of statutory compliance and strong attention to detail
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume industry (automotive exposure a plus)
