Job Summary
- Oversee and manage the full payroll process.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in auditing payroll information.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain and update the general ledger and cashbook.
- Support financial audits and reporting by providing accurate payroll-related information.
- Lead payroll compliance with tax and labour regulations.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) and a relevant tertiary qualification (Accounting, Finance, or similar).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll supervision or management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in the entertainment and hospitality sector will be a significant advantage.
