About the Role

As a Sales Assistant at Cape Union Mart, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities, maintaining store standards, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques
  • Adhere to stock loss controls in store
  • Ensure individual targets are met consistently
