About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Admin Assistant to join our team at Staff Focus in Gauteng. As the first point of contact for both Manufacturing and Production teams, you will provide administrative support and ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to both Manufacturing and Production teams
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and coordination of daily operations
- Capture and update data on internal systems and spreadsheets
- Prepare reports, presentations, and general correspondence
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Support procurement, stock tracking, and basic operational admin tasks
- Handle general office administration duties as required
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in a strong administrative role (preferably within manufacturing or production environments)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Must be able to work full-time in an office-based environment
- Own reliable transport
