About the Role

The Focus Group is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ladysmith centre, focusing on maximizing trading opportunities and maintaining a solid financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize lease agreements to ensure optimal portfolio financial performance
  • Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with local authorities, tenants, general public, and public bodies
  • Manage and control personnel, service contractors, repairs, revamps, tenant installations, inspections, and general building administration

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) plus related Diploma or Degree
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years in Retail Centre management / Property management field
