Job description:
- Actively engage in both proactive and reactive prospecting methods, leveraging lead providers, direct marketing, and a variety of outreach strategies
- Build a strong network by forming partnerships and nurturing relationships
- Implement referral campaigns, outdoor/mall/community marketing, social media efforts, corporate presentations, and wellness days to expand reach
- Use open-ended questions to identify both financial and emotional client needs
- Pre-qualify clients by reviewing their background, credit reports, and affordability
- Recognize financial challenges and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up actions
- Apply in-depth product knowledge to recommend personalized solutions
- Clearly explain application processes and relevant credit criteria
- Offer upfront clarification of any complex situations and ensure all supporting documentation is provided
- Review and explain all terms and conditions of the final offer to the client
- Summarize the benefits of the product package and any applicable conditions
- Keep clients informed and updated throughout the process
- Respond to client inquiries with clear and thorough explanations
- Continue engagement after the client accepts the offer and request referrals
- Accurately complete and capture applications based on client needs and qualifications
- Gather all supporting documents and ensure the file is fully prepared for processing
