About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Executive: Supply Chain to join our team at TalentFuse (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring alignment with policies and budget constraints
- Manage logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimising excess stock
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure reliability of supply
- Work closely with sales, production, and finance teams to ensure alignment
- Analyse supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead and develop teams across distribution, warehousing, procurement, and raw materials, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- 3–5 years’ experience in a commercial and/or supply chain management or executive role
- 2–3 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in an organisation managing its own fleet of trucks
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial targets
