About the Role
As a Restaurant Manager at Craven Cottage CC, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across both restaurants, ensuring seamless front- and back-of-house collaboration with the Head Chef. You will lead, mentor, and manage all waitstaff to provide exceptional service standards, drive ongoing staff training, and maintain strong wine knowledge to assist guests with informed recommendations.
