About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a team at one of Fourways’ most beautiful dining destinations, known for its soulful brunches and French-inspired classics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve exceptional customer experiences
- Oversee financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting and forecasting
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote catering services and cake offerings
- Proactively attract new customers and build repeat business
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy
- Previous working experience in a similar managerial role is essential
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and staff
- Valid driver’s licence
- Disciplined and results-driven
- Ability to actively sell and market the brand
