Job Description

About the Role

Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance leadership, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring pricing calculations, ensuring accurate payment methods reconciliation, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Implementing and monitoring pricing calculations
Ensure all payment methods are reconciled monthly for both current and future transactions
Validating that booking and transaction systems reconcile to cash received, and that rates are correctly applied across channels
Managing partner and third-party invoicing in accordance with contractual agreements
Tax calculations and VAT reconciliations on transactional revenue
Providing early insight into finance leadership on changes
Influencing product configuration
Online pricing and inventory availability
Leading and developing a high-performing team through coaching, mentorship, and clear goal setting
Demand forecasts and revenue budgets

Requirements

Revenue management, pricing analytics, or commercial finance within a high-volume, transactional environment
Proven experience working across multiple systems
VAT, revenue recognition

Qualifications

CA(SA) preferably
