Identifies potential risk exposures, recommends solutions, implements approved programs, promotes loss prevention and updates and monitors complianceTo oversee the Provision of Security Services by coordinating protection, safe guarding and access control of the premises and their contents, against internal/external threats and potential losses according to the prescribed Security ProceduresDevelop, maintain, audit Security documentation as per procedures and standardsMonitor internal control effectivenessConduct internal inspections to ensure complianceSupervise Control Room/CCTV proceduresPerform physical checking of Inventory Room materials and equipmentPerform physical checking of Staff equipmentEnsure to perform your duties and responsibilities punctually within the provisions of the laid-down Policy and ProceduresEnsure that your subordinates perform their duties and responsibilities punctually within the provisions of the laid-down Policy and proceduresEnsure excellent internal department relations in support of company objectivesCompliance with legal and binding instructionsMatrix with certificate /Minimum of 3 years experience as a Security SupervisorMust have a Grade A PSIRA Certificate and a valid driver`s licenseAdvance knowledge of Microsoft program`s would be an advantage Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writingGood customer skillsExceptional work ethicTime Management and ability
