MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
A proven track record in a production environment with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related Foreman / Supervisory position.

A Diploma or equivalent; higher education such as an Associate’s Management, Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred.
Qualified Artisan: Fitter & Turner or Boilermaker
The ability to read drawings (Mechanical).
Proven track record of Shop floor experience.
Knowledge of the OSH Act and experience in the administration of Safety, Health and Environmental requirements.
Knowledge of current labour law and basic I.R. procedures.
Strong knowledge of quality management.
Welding experience required.
Computer literate (particularly Excel) and knowledge of Syspro is a requirement.
Good verbal and written English communication skills at all levels are essential.
Must we willing and able to work, day and night shift.
Previous experience of setting of machinery is required, including CNC machines.
Excellent cutting, drilling, tapping and welding knowledge is required with proven track record.
BEHAVIOURAL CHARACTERISTICS REQUIRED

Ability to work extended hours should this be required.
