Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyse new markets to identify potential partners and opportunities.
- Establish and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and key clients.
- Guide and support partners in marketing, product training, and after-sales service.
- Conduct regular client visits and market assessments to drive growth.
- Manage export processes, customer pricing, and product master data.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Supply Chain, Technical Support, and Accounts.
- Prepare market analysis reports, visit summaries, and management presentations.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
- 5+ years’ experience in technical sales, ideally within French-speaking African markets.
- Proven track record in export or international market development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent follow-up.
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite; experience with ERP systems like SAP or Pastel advantageous).
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
Education
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or Engineering will be highly advantageous.
