Job Description
Requirements:
- Matric qualification (minimum)
- 1 year or more experience in a sales management or leadership role
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and/or Afrikaans
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships locally and internationally
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
