Job Description
- Key-Account Management
- Conduct regular client visits and service reviews
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure contract renewals and service satisfaction
- Quotations & Internal Sales
- Conduct site inspections to assess waste volumes and service needs
- Prepare accurate costings and quotations
- Liaise with Operations regarding vehicle routing, equipment, and skip/bin supply
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Valid drivers licence
- Minimum 2 – 3 years external sales experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office. email, quotations)
- Willingness to travel for site visits
Advantageous:
- Experience in waste management, recycling, or environmental services
- Emergency spill response
- Knowledge of: Hazardous vs general waste/skip sizes/ separator systems/ and collection logistics
- Waste legislation & compliance basics
