Based in Johannesburg North, this is not a “close the month and go home” role.
It’s for a finance professional who wants to help shape decisions, improve processes, and build something that didn’t exist yesterday.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with founders and leadership on commercial and operational decisions
- Translating numbers into insight, not just reports
- Improving systems, processes, and controls as the business scales
- Getting involved in forecasting, cash flow, pricing, and growth planning
- Rolling up your sleeves when needed. Start-ups don’t do silos
Requirements
- Strong Senior Accountant with real business acumen
- Curious about how the business works, not just how the numbers land
- Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and building as you go
- Driven, accountable, and motivated by growth. Yours and the company’s
- Based in or able to commute to Johannesburg North
Qualifications
- Strong Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (Preferred)
