About the Role

ESG Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced SHE Representative to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. You will represent employees on Safety, Health and Environment matters, identify hazards through regular workplace inspection, report SHE risks, and promote compliance with our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report SHE risks and follow up on corrective actions
  • Promote compliance with SHE policies, procedures, and PPE use
