• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Conduct regular stock takes and audits to verify accuracy.
• Record all stock movements and reconcile discrepancies.
• Analyze sales trends to forecast future stock requirements.
• Create and manage purchase orders and verify incoming shipments.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, quantities, and deliveries.
• Oversee receiving and dispatching of stock, ensuring all documentation is correct.
• Prepare regular inventory and valuation reports.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, and invoices.
• Support finance and procurement teams to keep orders within budget.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / equivalent required
• Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain or Inventory Management (beneficial)
• 2+ years’ experience in stock control, warehousing, or procurement
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory software advantageous
