What You’ll Do

• Drive all direct and indirect tax compliance, submissions, and audits.
• Manage statutory reporting and financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Provide strategic tax planning, advisory, and risk management to optimize the group’s position.
• Engage with SARS, auditors, and other regulatory authorities.
• Partner with senior leadership on key tax and reporting strategies that impact the group’s growth.

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified finance/tax professional CA(SA) or equivalent
• Strong experience in tax compliance, advisory, and reporting (preferably within the property or investment sector).
• Solid knowledge of South African tax legislation, including CGT, transfer duty, rental income tax, and municipal property rates.
• IFRS reporting expertise.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
