Job Description
TECHNICAL TRAINER
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Related field)
* Certifications in TRAINING (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer/Safety will be an Advantage
* 3-5 Years’ experience in a CONVERTING Factory, Paper Manufacturing, FMCG or Related field
Your Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct Technical Training programs for Engineering staff.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Create engaging learning materials such as presentations and exercises.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure training content is relevant.
- CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD – will be verified
