Job Summary
Key Competencies:
- UI / UX and familiar with user centred design approach
- 2 years` worth of experience using design software such as Figma, In Vision, Axure and Adobe CC Suite.
- Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- Confluence / Jira
- DevOps
- Relevant IT Degree / Work Experience / Diploma
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the refinement of user stories by developing wireframes and UI/UX input.
- Clarify open points through proposal development and prototyping.
- Design and develop front-end user interfaces across various devices.
- Contribute to the development of a consistent brand look and feel.
- Participate in Agile Scrum meetings and collaborate with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Relevant IT degree or diploma with 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer.
- Sound knowledge of UI/UX principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, InVision, Axure, and Adobe CC Suite.
- Experience with UI frameworks like AntDesign or Material UI.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in a distributed team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira.
- Understanding of DevOps practices.
- Strong ability to interpret business needs and translate them into successful implementations.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience communicating with foreign customers.
